Program Description:
The Watson Water Company Operational Alert Messaging Program provides automated text message alerts to authorized personnel regarding water system operations, including tank levels, chlorine and water quality conditions, equipment alarms, system failures, and emergency notifications. This program is strictly for operational and emergency use and is not used for marketing purposes.

Message Frequency:
Message frequency will vary depending on system conditions and operational events.

Cost:
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Consent:
Enrollment in the Watson Water Company Operational Alert Messaging Program is optional. You may choose to opt in to receive recurring automated text messages by actively providing your consent (for example, by checking an optional box on the enrollment form). You may access all services and resources even if you do not opt in to receive SMS alerts.

Opt-Out:
You may opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive operational alerts via text message.
